Provider

HELLO Everyone that I love so much!
It is the night of the 27th of January and I am preparing to fly out tomorrow evening. I have everything backed into one bag and one carry on, plus a camera. I am so excited.
Over the past couple weeks the Lord has provided in every way, re-proving again that to worry about anything would be complete foolishness on my part. He has taken care of every detail that so easily entangles my mind. Our nation is currently experiencing a shortage of single dose yellow fever shots so they must be given in doses of five. After it was confirmed that Uganda was where i was headed I had no idea that getting my yellow fever shot would be an issue. At the health center I work, a group traveling to Kenya had scheduled to come in a group of 5 and get the shot from a five dose vile. One of the girls did not show up so the nurse was able to knock down the price and I was able to get my shot, before I even knew that this had a possibility of being a challenge.

Another testimony to the Lords provision over my life is in this time in Colorado Springs the last months I was able to get a job at Compassion International in their International Programming Department. I was a huge blessing especially because a worked with a Ugandan man as well as to other staff that had lived in Uganda for a couple years. I was able to learn a lot from there wisdom and advice about the needs of the country as well as cultural things to be aware of.

Thank you so much for all your prayers, I love you all deeply!
God is awesome in power for ever and I am so thankful to be His.
